In this talk, I will review Vcb determinations from exclusive decays focusing on recent developments for form factors of semi-leptonic B meson decays, B -> D(*) l nu. Then I will show our work (arXiv:2004.10208) on the Vcb determination with the Heavy-Quark-Effective-Theory based parameterizations both in the SM and in the presence of New Physics.
