The signal production, transmission and processing are the main issues in the R&D and construction of particle detectors, which is the basis to achieve the designed performance of detector. The talk will review some of the principles and the techniques in the relevant areas.

From 2000, mainly working in the ATLAS experiment, building the muon spectrometer, analyzing data on top quark physics, R&D and construction of the phase-1 upgrade of the ATLAS experiment. Also working in the LHAASO experiment, devoting in electromagnetic detector array construction and the dark matter search by the observation of gamma astronomy .
